2. Billing & Payment Terms
How Billing Works
We operate on a prepaid, recurring model:
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
| 1. Agree on Hours | During your consultation, your project manager helps you estimate the monthly hours you’ll need (e.g., 10 hours/month, 15 hours/month, 20 hours/month) |
| 2. Invoice Sent | We send an invoice for the agreed monthly hours at $14.99/hour |
| 3. Payment | You pay the invoice in advance of work beginning |
| 4. Recurring Billing | The same amount is billed automatically each month until cancelled |
Example
| Agreed Monthly Hours | Monthly Prepaid Amount |
|---|---|
| 10 hours | $149.90 |
| 15 hours | $224.85 |
| 20 hours | $299.80 |
What Counts as Hours
All work counts toward your prepaid hours. This includes:
| Included in Hours | Description |
|---|---|
| Setup & Configuration | Initial setup of CRM, forms, workflows, ads, etc. |
| Ongoing Management | Daily, weekly, and monthly management tasks |
| Revisions | Any changes, adjustments, or refinements to existing work |
| Fixes & Troubleshooting | Bug fixes, broken workflows, or system issues |
| Strategy & Consultation | Time spent discussing your business needs and planning |
| Reporting | Performance reports, hour breakdowns, and updates |
| Communication | Email, calls, and messages with your project manager |
Revisions are not free. Every revision counts toward your prepaid monthly hours.
Hour Tracking & Transparency
Your project manager provides a weekly breakdown of hours used — complete transparency.
| Week | Work Completed | Hours Used | Remaining for Month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | CRM setup, form integration | 4 hours | 6 hours remaining |
| Week 2 | Revisions to forms, workflow adjustments | 3 hours | 3 hours remaining |
| Week 3 | Social media automation setup | 2 hours | 1 hour remaining |
| Week 4 | Email sequence revisions, reporting | 1 hour | 0 hours remaining |
Unused Hours
| Scenario | Policy |
|---|---|
| Unused hours within a month | Roll over to the next month |
| Consistently unused hours | Your project manager will help you adjust your monthly agreement downward so you’re not overpaying |
| Cancellation with unused hours | Refunded prorated or applied to final invoice — your choice |
Additional Hours
If you need more hours than agreed in a given month:
- Your project manager will notify you before exceeding your prepaid hours
- You approve the additional hours
- A separate invoice is sent for the overage at the same $14.99/hour rate
3. Revision Policy
Revisions are counted as billable hours. Every revision, adjustment, or refinement requested by you is tracked and deducted from your prepaid monthly hours.
| Revision Type | Counts as Hours? |
|---|---|
| Minor text changes in forms or emails | ✓ Yes |
| Workflow logic adjustments | ✓ Yes |
| Design or layout changes | ✓ Yes |
| Adding new steps to existing automations | ✓ Yes |
| Fixing broken automations | ✓ Yes |
| Testing and quality assurance | ✓ Yes |
Revision Best Practices
To help you manage your hours effectively:
- Batch your revision requests — Send multiple revision requests together rather than one at a time
- Be specific — Clear, detailed requests take less time to implement
- Prioritize — Your project manager can help you decide what to tackle first based on your remaining hours
Unlimited revisions does not mean unlimited free hours. It means we will continue making revisions as long as you have prepaid hours available.
4. Recurring Billing & Cancellation
Recurring Billing
By agreeing to a monthly hour commitment, you authorize WPDriven to:
- Bill your payment method automatically each month on the same day as your first invoice
- Continue recurring billing until you cancel
Updating Payment Method
You may update your payment method at any time by contacting your project manager or emailing hello@wpdriven.com.
Cancellation

Upon cancellation within the trial period:
- We will refund 100% of your first payment
- We will export everything we built for you
- You keep all automations, workflows, and data
Note: Hours used during the trial period are still counted toward your prepaid hours. The refund is for the full amount regardless of hours used.
6. Adjusting Your Monthly Hours
Your business needs may change. You can adjust your monthly hour commitment:
| Adjustment | How It Works |
|---|---|
| Increase Hours | Your project manager sends an updated invoice for the difference. Recurring billing adjusts starting next month. |
| Decrease Hours | Your project manager adjusts your recurring billing downward starting next month. Unused prepaid hours roll over or are refunded. |
| Switch Focus | Switch between Business Automation and Marketing Automation anytime — same $14.99/hour rate. No change to your hour agreement needed. |
7. Project Communication
WPDriven operates on a principle of continuous communication. To ensure your project maintains momentum, timely responses are appreciated.
