The following clauses outline the operational terms of our working relationship. These are distinct from our Privacy Policy and would be part of a broader Client Agreement.
Project Archival and Activation:
WPDriven operates on a principle of continuous communication. To ensure a project maintains momentum, client communication is essential.
Should communication from the client cease for a period of 25 consecutive days, the project will be considered inactive and moved to our project archives.
To reactivate an archived project and resume work, a project activation penalty equal to one month of the standard website maintenance charge will be required.
Revision Policy:
We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, this policy is intended for project refinement and is not perpetual.
Should a project exceed 100 revisions, it will be considered to have reached its completion phase. At this point, WPDriven reserves the right to either publish the project as-is or require the client to subscribe to a monthly maintenance package to continue with further revisions.
Forward-thinking strategy. Disruptive by design.
